Chaîne Bailliage de Santa Fe
The Santa Fe Chapter of the not-for-profit Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs supports a very active Bailliage and Mondiale. Our Bailliage organizes at least 5 wine dinners each year in the best restaurants and hosts a Holiday Champagne reception every December. Our chapter of the Mondiale holds five wine tastings and light dinners on alternate months. Our members are great lovers of culture, food and wine.
